Broiled Jalapeño Lemon Salmon

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • One 1 lb Salmon Steak 
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Jalapeño 
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder

Spice both sides of the salmon steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put in broiler for 7 minutes on first side or until skin start to crisp. 

Thinly slice lemon in pinwheels and equal amounts jalapeños. 

Flip and let broil for another 5 minutes and then place lemon and jalapeños directly on the steak. Cook for another 3 minutes.
